The Creator Container

Leadership & Wellbeing for High-Achieving Women

Where Ambitious Women Learn How to Stop Performing and Start Belonging

Discover the woman only you can become and create a meaningful abundant life around it.

A New Paradigm

Thriving is not about doing more, it's about becoming more — more of yourself.

People who thrive aren’t necessarily the most liked, the smartest, or the hardest working.

They're the people who know exactly who they are, and have the courage to build their life around it.

You don’t learn that from a book, or an expert, or from feeding AI — you learn that from taking risks and being in relationship with other human beings who see you.

In a world where more and more can be copied, automated, generated, and optimized, what got you here won’t get you there.

The best way forward is to become undeniably unapologetically yourself, and make the contributions only you can.

Know Thyself
— Socrates

The problem isn’t that you’re not doing enough.

It’s that you’ve spent a lifetime learning to ignore your inner knowing.

You’ve been rewarded for falling in line instead of standing out.

You’ve been taught to value what you do and are good at, over who you are and what you want—or are uniquely positioned to create.

So you likely built a successful life on paper, but something still feels off or missing.

You do things you’re good at, but inside you feel uninspired, or your body is unwell.

You’re in relationships with people you’re not honest with, or feel disconnected from.

Maybe you know exactly what you want, but haven’t believed in your ability to make it happen.

So you play it safe. You follow someone else's formula of success and build a life around what makes sense to your mind instead of what feels true in your body.

And now you've forgotten who you are and how to trust yourself.

Introducing…

The Creator Container by Emily

A weekly experiential space for women to develop the practice of honoring their own emotional and physical needs, instead of pouring out care until they are empty.

For years, I've helped people heal their nervous systems and embody their personal history to discover new possibilities and rewrite their stories.

After a while I noticed something:

Women’s people pleasing conditioning is the cause of many of their problems, and they need more than talk therapy, somatic exercises, and skills to heal and evolve. They need each other.

That's why I created The Creator Container.

You may be struggling with or feeling…

Anxiety over uncertainties of the future

Insecure or worried about what others think

Lost sleep to repetitive thought patterns

Lack of focus, Imposter Syndrome, or difficulty making progress

Imagine leading your life with:

  • an expanded sense of presence and clarity

  • less overwhelm under stress

  • deeper trust in yourself and others

  • recognition of how personal history informs present relationships

Increase your capacity to…

  • tolerate and lead through uncertainty

  • act despite fear

  • lead difficult conversations truthfully

  • give and receive interpersonal feedback

  • remain connected through conflict

Meet Your Guide

Emily Schreter, MSEd, LMHC, LPC

Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher

I spent the first eight years of my counseling career serving individuals and groups in the traditional psychotherapy model. During this time I also met regularly with colleagues in diverse specialization areas and examined everything that was working and not working for us, and the people we serve.

Then I got to work taking everything I know about psychology, learning, attachment, group relations, mindfulness, the body, astrology, creativity and more to dream up a modernized method for helping high-achieving women develop throughout the lifespan and become the truest, most powerful, beautiful version of the women they were born to be.

Prior to counseling, I left an eight year corporate career in attorney development to teach yoga, before arriving at my truest calling and purpose:

Helping women and girls reach their potential by reimagining their roles and taking up their authority.

Because I believe humanity is better off when women have power and are leading.

The Creator Container is a proprietary method for self leadership developed by a licensed therapist that incorporates approaches from a variety of therapeutic modalities, educational philosophies, and group relations study.

Although this space is designed for a similar kind of learning and growth that happens in therapy, it is NOT therapy! Nor is it a replacement for it.

Key differences include:

Talk Therapy

  • Fixed structure

  • Diagnostic framework

  • Traditional modalities for prescribed approach

  • Past-oriented

  • Passive reflective approach

  • Individualistic approach

  • Expert perspective on problems

vs.

Creator Container

  • Expansive co-creative structure

  • Humanistic framework

  • Curiosity and intuition as valid path to wellbeing

  • Future-ready

  • Active experiential learning

  • Collectivist approach

  • Help finding your people

Most Container members are either currently in therapy, or have been in the past. The Creator Container is a great option for people who feel like they’ve “graduated” from therapy, or reached a plateau in individual work.

What You’ll Create in The Creator Container

What People Are Saying

  • Extremely interesting and eye-opening. I learned a lot about myself in a short period of time, and I had the chance to experience a group setting that was very different from anything I have experienced before. This work is highly valuable, and I truly appreciate Emily’s skills.

    Mahri

  • I've participated in many groups, done several coaching programs and this was the best by a lot, very unique and energizing. I felt so present and engaged in every session and I'd find myself thinking about people and conversations for days afterwards. So many themes from my life showed up in the group that we worked through in real time.

    Sara

  • I always leave feeling like I want more. The conversations and connections feel so deep and meaningful and invigorating in ways that so many interpersonal interactions don't.

    Jen

  • I noticed early on that I was seeing things in new ways. Learning how to use the present moment to communicate truthful thoughts and feelings became like an exercise, every time I did it I felt stronger and braver. I also noticed that it was helping me learn how to trust my intuition. I give a lot of talks and being here has 1000% made me a better presenter.

    Andrea

  • I'm vibing on a completely different frequency. I'm manifesting things, attracting people and experiences that never even occured to me as possibilities.

    Emma

  • I'm not sure how to describe the group's energy but it is POWERFUL. It's exhilarating to take scary risks and witness how it can completely influence and shift the group energy and dynamics. It's shocking how the simple but hard act of being honest in the moment reveals interpersonal and intrasychic dynamics within groups. It illuminated so much about how my internalized stories influence my behaviors and the roles I take up. So many more enlivening possibilities have emerged from my participation in this group.

    Megan

  • The nature of my relationships have completely transformed. I learned to stand up for myself and my own needs, and through that process, I came to genuinely cherish and honor not only my needs, but the needs of others too, in a way that feels authentic and whole. The way I handle tough conversations now compared to how I used to is day and night. I feel so much more at ease and way less irritated.

    Delia

  • In the group I experienced what Brene Brown preaches about vulnerability being the antidote to shame. Allowing myself to be more fully known, especially the parts I usually keep private, shifted my felt experience, not just cognitive understanding. The shame softened and transformed as old wounds surfaced and were tended to by an amazing group and facilitator. I'm so grateful for this experience.
