At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

  • Relational, trauma-informed therapy for self-discovery and healing

    This work is for people who often seem high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, anxious, or exhausted underneath. You may find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with self-trust, or holding onto emotions that don’t have an outlet.

    In our sessions, we work collaboratively to:

    • Explore unconscious relational patterns

    • Support your nervous system and emotional awareness

    • Untangle stories rooted in shame or loss

    • Rebuild trust in yourself and your intuition

    • Create more ease, presence, and choice in how you move through the world

    My approach blends interpersonal psychodynamic theory, somatic work, relational therapy, and trauma-informed care. It’s not about fixing—it’s about uncovering what’s already within you, waiting to be reclaimed.

  • Bridge the gap between your vision and your capacity to live it

    For clients who want to take intentional action in their work, creative practice, or personal life—but feel blocked, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of overthinking. Often, what looks like procrastination is something deeper—shame, fear, and self-doubt.

    Together, we work to:

    • Identify what’s getting in the way (internally and externally)

    • Reconnect you with your values and energy rhythms

    • Build rituals and systems that support sustainable momentum

    • Shift your relationship with pressure, perfectionism, and success

    We look at your creative process not as a productivity problem, but as a relational space to reimagine how you move through the world—with more ease, clarity, and self-compassion.

  • Move. Feel. Heal. A body-based approach to emotional regulation and self-awareness.

    This is not your typical yoga class. These sessions are rooted in the belief that the quality of your attention and intention is everything—a practice of being in relationship with your body, breath, emotions and internal world.

    Perfect if you're:

    • Feeling anxious, dysregulated, or stuck in your head

    • Working through grief or loss that lives in the body

    • Longing for a contained space to slow down and listen inward

    • Interested in complementing talk therapy with physical alignment and intelligent movement

    • Learning and practicing presence

    These classes draw from yoga philosophy, nervous system science, and somatic practice. They are slow, attuned, and focused on deepening your connection to self—not performance.

All engagements begin with a free 30-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, talk through what support might look like, and ensure it’s the right fit.

From there, we co-create a plan based on your goals, needs, and capacity. Every person’s process is different—my role is to support yours with curiosity, compassion, and care.
