Emily Schreter, MSED, LMHC, LPC

Hi, I’m a psychotherapist and leadership development coach specializing in working with high-achieving, purpose-driven entrepreneurs, professionals and creatives struggling with ADHD and anxiety.

Prior to counseling and coaching, I taught yoga, meditation, and breath work after leaving an eight year career in corporate law supporting the professional development of attorneys.

Some disciplines that inform the way I work include psychodynamic psychology, human development, attachment theory, mindfulness, existential philosophy, neuroscience, physiology, eastern medicine, herbalism, nutrition, yoga, and the art of storytelling.
